Today's menu

Breakfast:
1 slice of multigrain bread with tuna + 1 cup (250 ml) of milk + 1/4 all-bran cereal = 3 serves of carbs

Morning tea:
1 serve of fruits = 1 serve of carbs

Lunch:
Home-made chicken patty burger + wholemeal bun = 2 serves of carbs

Hi-tea:
Leftover from lunch + fruits = 1 1/3 serves of carbs
*Had picnic in front of River Torrens (back gate of Adelaide Uni) with DH...it was so peaceful..huhu


Balik rumah, still hungry..so ate some cashew nuts & chicken patty without the buns = 1/3 serves of carbs (from cashew nuts)


Dinner:
Telur bistik + bak choy + 2/3 cups of rice = almost 3 serves of carbs

Supper:
Still full from dinner

BSP result for today:
4.4, 5.4, 5.3, 4.9

Alhamdulillah...my blood sugar level is still within good range.

  1. tiah..ko makan camnih lose weight tak while still pregnant? begitu sihat sekali pemakanannya...aku pon tak makan camnih.....waaaaaa

  2. ntah la adda..aku baru jek 2 hari makan cenggini. Hehe. Tapi tujuan aku kena makan cenggini sebab aku di-suspected ade gestational diabetes, dats why dietitian suh makan mende2 kurang carbs sebab gula dlm darah aku agak tinggi.

    Tapi mcm berkesan jek tuk kurangkan gula..hehe. Bab turun berat tuh, next week aku gitau ko ek. Tapi sukar la nak tentukan turun ke tak sebab baby tgh membesar...huhuhu
