Since I'm on a strict low-carbs diet, I'll share some info that I've got. Coz sharing is caring~~ Jom sama-sama diet! Huhu. But actually, bila google they said low-carb diet nih tak bagus in the long run, coz we limit the intake of carbs. So its probably just good to control our blood sugar level. Tataulah....

My breakfast today.
1 cup (250ml) of low fat milk + 1/4 cup of all-bran cereal + 1 slice of multigrain bread = 3 serves of carbs. |

Have to use measuring cup to measure the carbs per serve.
Jangan tersilap measuring cup sudah..like me! Patutnya cereal tuh 1/4 cup, not 1/2 cup. Tapi tak habis makan gakz. |
