Our normal weekends
In Malaysia, every weekend we will go to the Mall, window shopping, watching movies and eating out.
However, it is totally the opposite here. We would rather just stay at home, watching TV, cooking, cleaning and studying. I guess there are several factors that makes us wanted to stay at home more than going out. These factors would be:
1. Money (Yeah, we're on a VERRYY tight budget here. We are not sponsored students. So staying at home is much better to avoid unnecessary spending)
2. Weather (It's cold outside. Why would we want to go out in the cold when we can stay at our cozy home?)
3. Study (I am a "cepat cuak" person (as bb would call it) So when Monday comes and I didn't have any progress on my work, I will be very2 cuak. Haha.)
4. Operating hours (The shops here closes really early, like 5pm.)
5. Foods (In Malaysia, we liked to hang out at the mall and eat good foods but there's not so much Halal restaurants here.)
Terliur nak makan Churros (Spanish donut).
I tried it for the first time when I was in Melbourne. Mary made me tried it when we went shopping at the Victoria Market. It was DELICIOUS!! Found one shop in Malaysia (One Utama-in front of Cold Storage) selling Churros and I was really happy, but I just found the shop a couple of weeks before I leave to Adelaide. I thought they would sell it here in Adelaide but unfortunately I couldn't find any. Bummer!
Although the ones in OU are not as soft as the ones they sell in Victoria Market, but they are still delicious. So sesape yg ada di KL tuh, try2 la Churros di OU! Sedap! Pasti menjilat jari. =D
