Which one do you prefer?

In previous entry, I mentioned that we already got a new house. Well, yesterday after attending Kak Surah's kenduri kendara, we went to see another house near the city. We have to excuse ourselves early from the kenduri to see the house.

House A:
- East of Adelaide CBD (in Firle).
- Just in front of KMart, Coles & etc
- Walking distance to a reserve (park & playground)
- 1 min walk to the bus stop
- 17 min bus ride to the uni (one bus only)
- 30 mins from babysitter's house (by car)
- 3 bedrooms, separate laundry, huge yard, shed & garage
- have to maintain the yard ourselves
- old bungalow house
- more expensive

House B:
- very near Adelaide CDB (in Mile End)
- 10 minutes walk to tram stop
- free tram to the city (then walk to uni)
- rundown semi-D house (owner is renovating)
- a yard with own swing sets
- walking distance to Bonython Park & playgrounds
- 2 bedrooms, separate laundry & a garage
- 10 minutes to babysitter's house (by car)
- owner maintains the yard
- cheaper

See the red box? Yes, the house is separated into two & the one that we are interested in is the one in the box. And no, that's not our front door. Our door is at the side. *Weird huh?

So which one to choose? We already got the first house and signed everything. But we are really into the second house although it's not as huge & neat as the first house. The second house is much more cheaper. And free transportation to the uni? Who didn't want that, right? The bus ticket here ain't cheap y'all.

OK. Have to decide by tomorrow and will let y'all know the result. Hehe.. (macam lah korang nak tau sgt kan).
