IKEA meatballs

We had home-made meatball ala IKEA today for dinner. Healthy? Err...a bit. As long as it is low in carbs that's fine by me. Hehe...

As usual, the chef is my DH...so there is no measurement in the recipe coz dia main campak2 jek...
Campak2 pun hasilnya sedap sehingga bertambah2...hehe...

Recipe Meatball ala IKEA
Mince meat
Onion (diced)
Bread crumbs
Chicken/meat stock
Spices (apa2 jek..kitorang letak meat spice..nak letak blackpepper ke ape ke..ikut suka)
Salt

Bake in oven 200degrees.

Oh, the gravy plak, we just bought the one sold in packets in IKEA.
