Legal action perhaps?
Okay I know, my new blog is supposed be cheerful and just happy thoughts! But just wanna share this with others and get ur opinion. Here goes;
My former manager kept calling my brother (listed as one of my emergency contacts) to get in contact with me, because he cannot do his job properly! WTH? He is not supposed to call my EMERGENCY contact for other matter except for EMERGENCY!! Besides, I don't work there anymore, why the hell he wanted to contact my emergency contacts anyways? I did emailed him and asked him nicely not to contact my family members anymore, and u know what did he replied? He said he was trying to contact me because of the company's website/domain, but could not reached me, so he contacted my brother, who promised to asked me to contact him back. Which he then said, "TO ME, THAT IS EMERGENCY".
Errghh!! FCUK OFF!!When I was around, you don't even bother to care, now you want me to help? FCUK OFF again!!!
I'm trying to email him a VERY "NICE" reply, with sarcasm really, but don't know how to. I wanted to say I will take legal action over this matter if it happens again, but can I really take legal action if this case went to court? Just curious, hopefully it won't get into court. Opinions plz!

I think you (and your brother) should just ignore his calls. He had plenty of time to ask you about work-related stuff when you were around (you gave notice kan?). So that should've been settled at that time. If you know his superior, just email the superior nicely and explain your situation and hopefully that gets it settled.
ReplyDeletethanks for ur comment..skang tgh ignore dia...huhu
