2012 resolution
Yeah..I know it's already February but it's still not too late to have a new year's resolution right? Actually, I've just figured out what my new years resolution was like, yesterday. So here goes:
"My new year's resolution is to become more fit, lose the baby weight, & lead a healthier lifestyle."
This resolution is my main goal this year apart from "hoping to finish my study by end of this year" and the usual "being a better person, being an obedient wife, being a good mom".
So, my routine now is to walk to the university (8km ~ an hour walk in total to & fro) every working days, and exercise with Xbox 360's kinect every night for about 20-25minutes. I've also downloaded "MyFitnessPal" app on iPhone to keep track of my calorie intake, although up until now, I still couldn't bring myself to diet & watch 100% of my calorie intake each day. So even if I didn't lose weight (coz it is hard to do so), I know I'm fit & healthy.
