Raya 2010
Lama dah tak update. Malas sebenarnya. So nih just update skyt2 jekla about our Eid celebration in Adelaide.
Khamis:
Beria menyiapkan makanan raya; rendang lepih (kuala lipis), lemang, kuah kacang, nasi impit, ayam kuzi dan nasi minyak. Byk kan? Ala, bukan masak byk gile pon. 3 hari makan ayam kuzi baru habis. Now menunggu rendang jadi serunding jekla. Haha.
Jumaat:
Raya! After solat raya balik rumah makan2. Actually ada jamuan raya MyPSA di Bonyton Park, tapi tak sempat nak gi sebab ber-skype dgn family bb, then member2 Acheh-ians datang beraya di rumah. Until malam adalah beberapa org tetamu lagi yang beraya di rumah.
Sabtu:
Second day of raya, we decided to go shopping in Harbour Town. Before raya haritu tak gi pon shopping raya, so semalam baru nak gi shopping. Lagipon it's spring bebeh! Since we came during the months of winter, we don't really have suitable clothes for spring/summer. I got myself 2 pair of jeans, a few tshirts, and etc.
Ahad:
Today we went to the Adelaide's Malaysian Carnival. It was just OK. Not great, but OK. The lines to the food stalls were so long, we decided not to eat there. The performance was OK too, there was dikir barat, silat and etc. Then I met with my fellow ex-Assunta-ians & SMART-ians; Aida Shah & Tun Haneen Shah. They look like twins! Still young and gorgeous! I'm so jealous! haha.
p/s: Sape kata raya kat perantauan tak sama? Pagi2 pas solat raya, balik rumah, salin baju, makan2 and lepak at home for the whole day. 2nd day of raya mesti gi jalan2. Just like when we were in Malaysia. Haha.
