Insurance policy

We have been encountering some problems to upgrade our single insurance policy to family policy. We've been trying to upgrade our policy since November last year. One after another problems occured. At first, we thought we could just combined our single policy to family policy without paying additional charges. After they have checked, we have to pay AUD675 to upgrade and I will be the policy holder (since my student visa is longer than my hubby's). Because we are not sponsored students, that amount seemed too much for us. So, as a last resort, we seeked help from of course, non other than our parents. Hehe. After several months of trying to get our policy sorted out, finally, today they managed to changed it to family policy. Alhamdulillah. Now, I don't have to worry no more if I delivered a pre-mature baby, coz we are all covered now! (Hopefully that doesn't happen..but just in case coz we never know what Allah has planned for us).

For this incident, I blamed IDP Australia in USJ because when we said we wanted to combined our policy (which is cheaper if we have done it in Malaysia), they said we can't combined coz both of us have separate student visas. Well, that's just BS!

Anyway, I'm so happy that all that is sorted out today. Oh, and when we were about to pay for parking to go to go the insurance office today, a generous guy approached us and gave us his parking ticket, because he said he's going out and he still have balances until 2pm. 2 hours of free parking! Saved us about AUD4. Rezeki baby. =)

Today I have moved all my books & journals to my office. I realized that if all my stuff were at home, I will be doing less work & lots of resting & lazying around. Now, time for me to focus on my research!




My bekal, today bawak fruits jek. Oh, minum sedikit coffe tak salah kan? ;p



Well, it's a start...sikit-sikit, lama-lama jadi bertimbun & bersepah-sepah..hehe
