Chocolate Chip Cookies - Tokit Omni Cook

Ingredients A:

250 grams of butter

1 1/4 cups brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 egg

 

Ingredients B:

2 1/2 cups plain flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp bicarbonate soda

6 tablespoons of oil

2 cups chocolate chips

 

Preparation

  • step 1

Preheat the oven to 150

  • step 2

Put 250 grams of butter, 1 1/4 cups of brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1 egg into the mixing bowl

  • step 3

Cook 30sec/REV4 and scrape the ingredients to the bottom of the mixing bowl with a scraper

  • step 4

Add the flour mixture: 2 1/2 cups plain flour, 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp bicarbonate soda, 6 tablespoons of oil into the mixing bowl

  • step 5

Cook 10sec/REV5, and scrape the ingredients to the bottom of the mixing bowl with a scraper

  • step 6

Repeat step 5 until all ingredients are completely mixed

  • step 7

Add 2 cups of chocolate chips into the mixing bowl

  • step 8

Cook 20sec/REV3.5

  • step 9

Take out the dough and refrigerate the dough for half an hour

  • step 10

Using a teaspoon, scoop the dough on top of the baking sheet, and keep a little distance from each other to allow space for the cookies to expand

  • step 11

Bake for 20 minutes at 150 using the lower top heat

  • step 12

Allow the cookies to cool off completely before keeping the cookies in a container
