Garage sale: Books

At the moment, I'm really crazy about collecting books & book series that I think I will read in the future. Because I realized some books are expensive in Malaysia & I have no idea where to get cheap ones for rather new titles. Even new books here are expensive! But I'm not sure about the BBW sale coz I've never been to one before.

Anyway, here's an example of a post in Gumtree that makes my heart skip a beat....(excited hokey~) dang! I promised I will be the first one to show up the day of your garage sale! Hehe. But please, sell these books for a very...very cheap price ok? Coz I saw plenty of titles that I like!

While others collect corningwares, tupperwares & etc, I collect books (starting to, anyways). And while I still can & while I'm still here, why not just collect all these cheap books and bring all of them back to Malaysia with me. But I don't collect just any books. I'm more into Young Adults Fiction, Fiction & Crime novels.

Last Saturday, I collected about a dozen of books for only $3! *happy dance* And some other books for a fair bit of price. I even search on Gumtree every week to see what books are being offered for the week. Oh geeky me!

Books for only $3 including hard-cover books. Not including J.K Rowling's book though.

Children books that I received for free from Freecycle was what inspires me to collect more books.
Sounds greedy, huh?

I know I don't have a lot of time to read. But I do hope one day I can finish reading all these books. Even if it took me years to do so! Or just let them collect dust on the bookcase. Either way, collecting books must go on...hehe

p/s: I hate reading journal papers. It makes my head spin...heheh!
