Lama gila dah tak update.
I only managed to bf Adel for 16 months. After a month of being away, he finally stopped bf totally. I was really sad at first. I tried bf him again after we were reunited, but he refused to. But the good part is, I don't have to wake up every hour to bf him with a very uncomfortable bf position. I now have less back pain & can wake up easily in the early morning & does not feel overly tired/sleepy during the day. I am more focused on my studies too. And I can also easily leave him with someone else to take care of him. The negative part is, the cost of FM! Hehe. But thankfully his FM only costs $16/week not RM50-100/week like in Malaysia (but if convert sama jek).
We had also started sending Adel to Family Day Care which costs $5.50/h (cheapest we can get that still have vacancy) for 3 days a week. The other 2 days, hubby & I will each take one day off to take care of him (we can only afford 3 days of day care at this moment). His day care is near UniSA Mawson Lakes where my hubby can drive & send off Adel at 9am & pick him up at 5pm. Parking in UniSA Mawson Lakes is a lot more cheaper than parking in Adelaide Uni. That's why we choose to send him near Mawson Lakes. Imagine, it only costs $6 for 4 days parking in Mawson Lakes, compared to 1.5 hours for the same amount in Adelaide Uni.
Annnndddd....Adel is turning 18 months old this Monday (08.10.2012). Yeay!~
Dia sekarang dah bijak & banyak akal.
Suka tiru ckp orang. Suka berckp, menegur & menyanyi2.
Suka tiru papa dia nyanyi. Mesti dpt tangkap apa papa dia nyanyi ujung2.
Dah reti nyanyi twinkle2 little star part "..little star.."
Pandai pilih lagu dia nak dengar sendiri on youtube dlm ipad. Nak dgr "bos" (wheels on the bus), "star/mon" (twinkle2 little star)
Dah byk words dia reti. Ajar sekali terus dia ingat. Latest addition to his vocabs are "ayet" (quiet), "mon" (moon) & "efen" (elephant)
Dah pandai sebut apa dia nak. Senang mama & papa faham kehendak dia.
And pagi tadi dia terjaga around 3am nak susu, papa dia masih tidur, so dia pandang mama dia letak jari kat mulut and whispered "shhhh.....ayet (quiet)..papa sleep.."
And finally, just a week before turning 18 months old, Adel can finally walk on his own~ Alhamdulillah.
Oh, panjang plak entry ku kali nih.
