Seafood Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino
Ingredients:
Seafood marinara mix
Olive oil
4 cloves of garlic (chop thinly)
Parsley
Cili flakes
Salt
Crush Peppercorn/blackpepper (garnish)
Mix herbs (optional)
Parmesan cheese (optional garnish)
Thin spaghetti
1. Cook spaghetti in a pot with a litlle bit of salt. Saute garlic in olive oil until golden (jgn bg hangit). Immediately add the a little bit of water (from cooking the spaghetti) to stop garlic from burning.
2. Add cili flakes, a bit of parsley & salt to taste.
3. If you add too much water, let it simmer until just enough for the spaghetti (not too dry).
4. Add the seafood just before you add the spaghetti in the pan. Let the seafood cook well. Dont cook the seafood too long coz it will become overcook.
5. Mix the spaghetti with the aglio olio sauce & serve.
5. Add the crush peppercorn as garnish.
