Have I lost weight?

I'm supposed to gain more weight for the baby. But I think I'm beginning to lose weight. That's not good right? I've been eating A LOT less lately. I have no appetite to eat, even the thought of foods makes me wanna puke. But I've been eating at least 1 apple a day and a quarter cup of yoghurt each day. I can't even finished off a plate of rice. After 2/3 spoons, I began to feel sick. So I stopped eating. Then, the headaches get worst. This must be the side effects of not eating enough. Plus, I threw up sometimes, so there goes my meal in the toilet bowl. Adeiii~~

My normal daily regime:

Morning: 1 cup of hot horlicks & half an apple (& sometimes cereals-fruit loops)
Brunch: 1-2 spoons of yoghurt
Lunch: 2-3 spoons of rice
Tea: 1-2 spoons of yoghurt & 2-3 bites of apple
Dinner: 2-3 spoons of rice
Supper: half an apple & hot horlicks

(meals in between normally consists of biscuits & milo yoghurt)

I don't thinks this is a good diet regime for the baby.

  1. maybe you need to change your diet? i mean, kadang2 aku yang tak pregnant pun datang time yang tak lalu makan. so i change up my meals, ie. instead of eating rice and all the goreng/tumis stuff, try eating pasta, noodles, or grilled chicken, or steak with mashed potatoes - anything lah. at least that's what i do. taktaulah applicable untuk ibu mengandung or not, hehe. hope you feel better soon!

  2. tuh la probnye, bayang makanan jek pon da terus loya. apetah lagi melihat makanan dpn mata. pasta lagi aku tak suke. LOL~ but it seems better la dis week. da start makan nasi. bau jek takleh tahan.
